Spring is naturally a time to freshen up and start new things.  In that spirit, we are launching a fresh, new pathagility.com!  Our team is inspired by start-up labs and existing laboratories that are developing new tests.  We know how challenging it can be.  We love to help by providing a cost effective Software-as-a-Service that feels like a custom systemWhy Pathagility you ask?  Out of the box, Pathagility provides “Case Types” for Toxicology, Infectious Disease (IFD), Pharmacogenetic (PGx), Anatomic Pathology (AP), Women’s Health and other types of Molecular Diagnostic (MDx) testing.  Case Types represent the data management and report generation surrounding a particular type of lab test.  Custom case types can be developed to support more specialized, proprietary tests.  Oh, and the entire system (not just the lab report) can be custom branded because we KNOW branding is important to labs.  We hope you’ll check out how it works and discover that Pathagility has the flexibility to serve as the LIMS or Interpretive Reporting Software or BOTH.  Another item worth reading if you are developing a new lab test is this case study called LIMS + Interpretive Reporting for Personalize Medicine.

We certainly look forward to your feedback.  Let us know if you have questions; and as the days start getting a little longer, we hope you enjoy the freshness and newness of spring…

The latest version of WorkPath (4.2.0) is now in production. This release includes the following features and enhancements:

  • Batch Printing – Users can now select multiple cases from the open case screen, or any queue, to be printed in a single PDF batch.
  • Static Final Reports – Until this release WorkPath always generated a new report PDF when it was requested, even if the case had been released. Starting with this version, a static copy of all released reports will be generated and stored. This will allow users to see exactly what the report looked like when it was released no matter what changes on the report templates in the future.
  • Custom Reports – Many users that requested custom reports will see them in this release.
  • Other Changes – This release also includes a few minor bug fixes and small ascetic changes.

The latest version of WorkPath (4.0.1) is now in production. This release includes the following features and enhancements:

  • Queues – The queuing system is now in place. Administrators can manage queues by going to the “Administration” tab. Each queue has it’s own user management. All queues a user has access to will appear in the sidebar while working in the Work Flow tab. The system also tracks all movement a case makes as it goes in and out of a queue. The log is displayed on the case view screen.
  • Bulk Processing – The case manager and the queue systems now have bulk processing tools that allow users to select and process multiple cases.
  • Design Changes – In order to accommodate a better flow, some of the case processing tools have been moved.
    • The “My Cases” and “Open Cases” have been divided into separate views.
    • The case type filters have been moved to the right hand side of the case list. The bulk actions are now where the old filters use to be.
  •  Other Changes – This release also includes a few minor bug fixes and ascetic changes.
