What we built: Custom payroll software integrated with the company’s time-tracking, HR and financial systems.

Time Tracking Integrated with a Nursing Home Group’s ERP

The challenge: Tracking staff time at a nursing home group meant a lot of manual data entry and data management.
What we built: A web-based time-tracking application where staff enter their time directly, integrated with the group’s ERP system.
The result: Management now tracks staffing and hourly rates without manual manipulation, and the finance team gets better reporting straight from the ERP. It was also a more cost-effective solution than upgrading or replacing the ERP system.
